Yarn Type: Shown in Rowan Purelife 100% British wool but you could use my BareFaced Chunky
Yarn Shade: Shown in Steel Grey Suffolk
Yarn Weight: Chunky / bulky

One Size - to fit an average adult head 

Knitted measurements approx:

Circumference 54cm / 21½ in

Height 32cm / 12½in

You'll need approx:

One pair of 7mm (US 10½) straight needles 
A cable needle and a tapestry needle for sewing.

250m/274yards of BareFaced Chunky yarn = 3  skeins 

Yarn amounts are based on average requirements and are approximate. You may wish to order an extra ball/skein to be sure you have sufficient yarn.

Tension: 

13 sts x 22 rows to 10 x 10cm (4 x 4in) over moss st patt using 7mm (US 10½) needles.
