Ability: Intermediate
Skills Required: You will need to be able to work in a simple herringbone slip stitch pattern and do short row shapings. 
Yarn Type: I used Rowan ‘Belle Organic’ by Amy Butler 50% organic wool / 50% organic cotton
Yarn Shade: Shown in Zinc 017 
Yarn Weight: Aran weight

Size One
Chest 81-86cm / 32-34in
Knitted measurements approx: width (cuff to cuff) 180cm / 71in, length 39cm / 15¼in
You will need: 18 balls/ skeins

Size Two
Chest 91.5-96.5cm / 36-38 in
Knitted measurements approx: width (cuff to cuff) 192cm / 75½in, length 47cm /18½in
You will need: 24 balls/ skeins

Size Three
Chest 101.5-106.5cm / 40-42 in
Knitted measurements approx: width (cuff to cuff) 204cm / 80in, length 55cm / 21½in
You will need: 27 balls/ skeins

*50g (approx 90m / 98yds).

Yarn amounts are based on average requirements and are approximate. You may wish to order an extra ball/skein to be sure you have sufficient yarn.

 
You will need:
One pair each of 4mm (US 6), 5mm (US 8) and 6mm (US 10) straight needles
A 6mm (US10) circular needle 100cm (approx 40in) long
A tapestry needle for sewing
Stitch markers.

Tension:
19 sts x 36 rows to 10 x 10cm (4 x 4in) worked in herringbone slip st patt using 6mm (US 10) needles.
