Yarn Type: 100% British wool
Yarn Shade: Natural undyed
Yarn Weight: Chunky / bulky
We used Rowan's 100% British wool for this design but you could use any chunky weight yarn of a similar tension. Try our very own British BareFaced yarn
Sizes to Fit: One size
Knitted measurements:Width: 20cm /8in
Length 220cm /86in
Materials Required:One pair of 7mm (US 10½) straight needles
A cable needle
A stitch holder.
4 balls/skeins 100g (approx 110m / 120yds)
20 sts x 11 rows to 10 x 10cm (4 x 4in) in rib pattern with 7mm (US 10½) needles
Tensions are provided should you wish to substitute an alternative yarn to that suggested by us. Please ensure you knit a tension square to check that the yarn is suitable as not all yarns will give a like for like result.
