The dimensions given are for a long wrist warmer, you can naturally make this longer or shorter by working more or less repeats as required.
To fit Average Adult: Length from Knuckles to Elbow: 32cm/12 ½ in
*Approximately 3 x 50g balls (68m/74y per 50g). Yarn amounts are based on average requirements and are approximate. You may wish to order an extra ball/skein to be sure you have sufficient yarn.

Tapestry needle for sewing up
Yarn approx. 157m/170y in Aran weight wool
Tension:
In St St using 4½ mm (US 7) needles:
18sts x 22rows over 10 x 10cm (4 x 4in)
Adjust your needle size to match this tension.
