Ability: Intermediate
Yarn Type: approx. 52g of Double Knit weight yarn (112 m/123yds)

We used: BareFaced Double Knit in Silver Birch Grey and Clotted cream

One Size: Will stretch to fit an average adult head with a circumference of 54 – 56cm (21-22 in)

Dimensions (approx as worn): Circumference actual at brim: 46cm (18 in), height: 21cm (8 in)

Materials Required: One pair 3 ¼ mm (U.S 3) and 4mm (U.S 6) straight needles (or DPN’s or circular if preferred), tapestry needle for sewing up, stitch markers.

Tension:

In pattern using 4mm (U.S) needles: 26sts x 27rows in 10 x 10cm (4”x 4”) – adjust your needle size up or down to match this tension.
